Hi, I’m Angela Addington—photographer, solo traveler, storyteller, and founder of Lenses and Latitudes. What began as Adventures in Lexington has expanded into a journey that reaches across small towns, big cities, backroads, and continents.
With a camera slung over my shoulder and faith guiding my path, I explore the world with intention—capturing beauty, uncovering hidden gems, and creating connection through stories. Whether I’m house sitting in the South, wandering an Irish cliffside, or snapping murals in the Midwest, every destination becomes part of a bigger picture: travel that inspires, transforms, and leaves a legacy.

My Journey Behind the Lens

My love for photography began in high school behind a yearbook camera and eventually took me from local events to the sidelines of Notre Dame. Today, that same passion fuels everything I do—from travel blogging and digital storytelling to capturing content for small businesses and nonprofits.

I’ve bartered for meals with my photography.
I once photographed Dan Quayle at a fundraiser.
I never skip a roadside attraction, especially if it involves oversized fruit or quirky legends.
My dog Oreo is my favorite travel buddy.
